If you bought the GroupOn you simply need to bring it in to your first class (no need to register prior t0). The class schedule for the CrossFit Kids classes can be seen here "times".

The GroupOn is not for any classes other than the CrossFit Kids class and for ages 6-12. You do not need to reserve classes online but will simply fill out information on your first class and check marks at each class there after for your month voucher.

Paleo School Lunch Ideas

You want to pack a healthy lunch, but want it to be healthy, not spoil before lunch and not take alot of time and effort to prepare, right?  Well look no further here are a couple of easy and super healthy lunch ideas.  They follow the paleo plan, which if you aren't familiar, basically just means not eating processed foods with added sugars and salts.  The idea is to eat good carbohydrates like fruits and vegetables and try to avoid starchy foods like bread and pasta.  
First you need a lunch box or container that will work with fresh foods.  I found a pretty neat and durable one called Planet Box. Just go to Planetbox.com and check it out!

Lunch Idea #1
Turkey Slices wrapped around avocado, celery with almond butter and raisins, apple slices and carrot sticks.
#2 Cucumber "sandwiches" (turkey in between 2 cucumber slices), cherry tomatoes and apple slices
#3 Chicken, avocado, cucumbers and tomatoes wrapped in a Improv'eat Pure Wrap. These are pretty awesome and they are made with coconut instead of corn or flour! Pear Slices, celery with almond butter, carrots and olives.
