If you bought the GroupOn you simply need to bring it in to your first class (no need to register prior t0). The class schedule for the CrossFit Kids classes can be seen here "times".

The GroupOn is not for any classes other than the CrossFit Kids class and for ages 6-12. You do not need to reserve classes online but will simply fill out information on your first class and check marks at each class there after for your month voucher.

This program is so important because it teaches your kids how to take care of themselves now and in the future. Enable them to be healthy for the rest of their life.


About Our Program


CFNA Kids is a program specifically designed for, well... KIDS! It is based on the same guiding principles as our adult program, but it is specifically designed to help the developmental needs of our younger population. As with our adult program, the workouts consist of constantly varied funtional movements. This means that no two workouts are the same. 
Our goal is to better your child's physical abilities in strength, agility, flexibility, coordination and balance – all in a fun, challenging and encouraging environment. Our class structure is similar to an "old school" P.E. class. We teach functional movements that are integral to your child's physical development, and that they will use in everyday life.

In addition to the physical aspect of the program, we will promote responsible life choices such as teaching healthy food choices. The community environment of CFNA Kids will also foster friendships. We cater to ages 6 - 12 as a group with some exceptions based on an individual child’s circumstances.
