If you bought the GroupOn you simply need to bring it in to your first class (no need to register prior t0). The class schedule for the CrossFit Kids classes can be seen here "times".

The GroupOn is not for any classes other than the CrossFit Kids class and for ages 6-12. You do not need to reserve classes online but will simply fill out information on your first class and check marks at each class there after for your month voucher.

Some extra information on the program can be found "here"

Sport vs. CrossFit Kids

This program is so important because it teaches your kids how to take care of themselves now and in the future. Enable them to be healthy for the rest of their life.

Easter Hangover

Do you have massive amounts of leftover Easter candy? Are jelly beans and chocolate eggs calling to you from the Easter baskets? You could enjoy a major sugar buzz with your children and eat it all. If you'd rather avoid the belly aches and spaztastic kids, try these ideas for getting rid of leftover Easter candy.

Make art.
Use jelly beans to make mosaics. This is a fun and challenging medium for artists as well as a great family craft idea. For ideas and examples check out: http://www.jellybelly.com/Art_Gallery/bean_art_gallery.aspx
Play with your Peeps.
No one in my family growing up actually liked to eat Peeps, but we did enjoy playing with them. I would have our Peeps joust by putting toothpicks in them let them duke it out in the microwave! Challenge your creativity by creating a Peep video and posting it on YouTube. You can also try your hand at creating the next popular Peep diorama.
Pawn it off on coworkers.
Bring your leftover Easter candy to work and give it to your coworkers.  This way it isn't pawned off on one or two people and if everyone at the office takes a couple pieces it will be gone in no time!
Donate it to your local food bank.
Get the chocolate out of the house while teaching your children to be generous by donating extra Easter candy to your local food bank. Make sure to call first and confirm that they will accept candy.
Chop up the chocolate.
Chop up your chocolate bunnies and put the pieces away for later. If your Easter baskets look like mine, you will never need to buy chocolate chips again.
