If you bought the GroupOn you simply need to bring it in to your first class (no need to register prior t0). The class schedule for the CrossFit Kids classes can be seen here "times".

The GroupOn is not for any classes other than the CrossFit Kids class and for ages 6-12. You do not need to reserve classes online but will simply fill out information on your first class and check marks at each class there after for your month voucher.

This program is so important because it teaches your kids how to take care of themselves now and in the future. Enable them to be healthy for the rest of their life.


Focus

Classes have been consistently growing in size recently and just in time for warmer weather headed our way soon! It's been a blast working with all the new kids and blending them together our so called "veteran kids". It's been fun using all the new barn space allowing everyone to run around and get awesome workouts in.  Just imagine how much more of a blast we will have when it comes time to be outside and utilize our thousands of square feet of outdoor lot.  If you're not friends with us yet on facebook, you need to be.  Crossfit New Albany and Crossfit New Albany Kids.  We post lots of updates and it's just a cool way to keep in touch with everyone involved with the gym.  In the mean time we want everyone to help us spread the word about how awesome Crossfit Kids is and get as many members in here as possible before spring.  Invite your friends to come to a class with you. The more kids we get in here means the more class times we can offer and even specialty classes geared more toward specific age groups.
