Today we will be focusing on The Sumo Dead Lift High Pull during our skill. This is an awesome total body exercise that incorporates alot of the movements and body positions that we use in several other crossfit movements.
- Stand in Angry Gorilla Dead Lift Position
- Hands inside of legs with narrow grip on kb/db
- Stand to full extension of legs and hips
- Shrug shoulders and pull the weight up to the chin (“zipping the zipper of your jacket”)
- Elbows are high and armpits are wide at finish
